HOW IT ALL STARTED

Growing up, I faced a number of challenges in my life. My father struggled with drug addiction and my mother, who had me at a young age, had limited education. This instability left me feeling lost and without guidance.

 

I found myself working at fast food restaurants and eventually getting kicked out of college. In search of stability and direction and to escape, I joined the military.

​

The military was my first exposure to having real guidance in my life.

 

But it wasn’t until 2018 that I really started to wake up and take notice of some transformative, inspirational YouTube mentors.

NO EXCUSE ATTITUDE

David Goggins has been a major influence in my journey towards personal growth and development, particularly in the realm of fitness. 

​

His “no excuses” attitude and “no days off” approach inspired me to push beyond my physical and mental limits. I took on the challenge of running multiple miles every day for 108 days straight, and it completely transformed my body and mind. 

​

I am now in the best shape of my life, even as I approach the age of 50. I continue to run, push, and muscle up as part of my regular workout routine.

A MAN OF MY WORD

Eric Thomas was another online mentor that impacted my values and actions. He was instrumental in helping me take responsibility for my actions and strive for greatness. I transformed my life by taking ownership of my actions and stopped blaming others for my lack of success in my relationships, career, and well-being.

​

One of the most valuable lessons I learned was being a man of my word. He taught me that words have power and that I should be careful about the promises I make and the commitments I take on. 

​

I owe it to Eric for helping me develop the values and mindset I needed to be a better man for how I show up for my wife, family, and friends.

PUSHING PAST MY LIMITS

CT Fletcher has had a significant impact on the lives of many men, including my own. The same way he taught me to push the limits on my fitness goals, is the same attitude I use to overcome self-limiting beliefs in other areas of my life.

 

With discipline, consistency, and perseverance, I created a tough mindset and realized that I am stronger than my feelings.

THE RIGHT MENTORS. THE RIGHT GUIDANCE.

I noticed these 3 guys had a clear set of values that guided their actions and decisions. It reminded me of my days in the military, where we had a creed that we memorized and recited.

 

I realized that to achieve success like these mentors, I needed to have a clear understanding of my own values and strengths and use them to guide me toward the life I want to live. 

​

Through my journey, I developed a powerful framework to establish my values, strengths, and goals. By identifying what truly matters to me, such as discipline, consistency, health, and love, I crafted a personalized creed. Reciting it every day helps me stay focused on my goals and intentions, leading to a fulfilling life.

 

Implementing this framework has led to many positive changes in my life, such as finding the love of my life and prioritizing our relationship, achieving a high level of fitness and health, and having a clear sense of direction and purpose.

POWER OF THE CREED

At nearly 50 years old, I have achieved a level of fulfillment that I never thought possible. I have an incredible relationship with my wife, I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been, and my career is purposeful and rewarding. 

​

Now, I am dedicated to helping other men build their own personal creed and discover their true direction and purpose in life. By living according to their values, they can take control of their lives and feel unstoppable, just like I do.
